Unfortunately, this year the event falls on the same day as "National Make a Difference Day," October 22, 2005, and Ron will be unable to attend. But he is so honored to have been selected.

Ron was invited to sing in "One love",and open mic night event hosted by City Church, in Oklahoma City, OK. There were people of all different types of music, backgrounds and creeds. The crowd loved Ron's original material and look forward to his album release this summer.

Ron was asked to sing for the New York City Firefighter, EMS and 43 Police Precint in honor of the devestating events of 9/11.
After singing the National Anthem, Ron sang an original track entitled "This Year".
"It was such a solemn experience," Ron said. "Everything was so still and everyone felt blessed just to be alive."
